I had a very pleasant stay on a business trip. The place was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, an individual safe, and pay TV. I really enjoyed the bathtub in my functional bathroom. The location was wonderful and marvelous. It was close enough to Jeannette's Edelweiss restaurant, restaurants, bars, shopping center, and Thousand Oaks for a wedding.

The bathroom in the hotel room did not have a vent.

I recently stayed at Courtyard for a short weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The lounge, eating area, and outdoor seating by the pool were all impeccably clean and well-maintained. Even the room itself, including the tub, was spotlessly clean. The serene atmosphere created by the surrounding trees and shrubs added to the overall relaxation of the stay. The breakfast setup was unique and enjoyable, with a menu to choose from instead of the usual buffet. The oatmeal was particularly delicious and exceeded my expectations. Despite being booked on the first floor, there was no noise disturbance from housekeeping or the nearby high traffic area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
